Charlotte was beyond amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, she spoke me through everything and what next steps I should take. She was professional, the environment was relaxing and clean and the price point was really good, you’d pay way more in a spa. I would absolutely recommend seeing Charlotte for your beauty needs

My second time here, Charlotte is a lovely lady, very chatty which makes you feel at home straight away, I have gel nail polish and from the first visit they really did last as long as you expect them to
