I love this place! I have been going here for over a year...lashes and brows. Chic Lash is professional, clean, casual, comfortable...lets face it we all like to sleep while getting our lashes done !!! I'm sure all technicians are good- but I suggest booking with Kate.

I had an incredible experience! I have uneven eyes, and Katelyn was able to beautifully balance them. She took into account my personal preferences and recommended brown lashes with a C & LC curl to better suit my features. She carefully mapped everything out, walked me through each step, and took her time to meticulously create a lash look that truly compliments my eyes. The final result was so beautiful and everything I wanted! Katelyn's professionalism, experience, and talent make her an exceptional lash tech. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and highly recommend her!💕🥹

My mother-in-law is in her 60's and has very sparse eyebrows. She has been wanting to get her eyebrows done but she was so scared. I reached out to a dozen artists and Ashley was so accommodating and friendly. She answered all my messages and kept giving my mother-in-law breaks as she gets vertigo and has arthritis. Ashley did combo brows on her and she absolutely loves it! We know a lot of family will not be coming to Ashley for their eyebrows. This was my first time visiting Upscale Nail Studio and it won't be my last. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and the services were excellent. The space is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had eyebrow shaping, upper lip wax, and a Lux pedicure. All were excellent. Neda and Aida both did an excellent job and I am so impressed with the service.

Angel is amazing! She waxes my eyebrows and upper lip. She does it in such a way that it doesn’t grow back so quickly.

My technician was great and very professional. Sadly, the place is very small so a bit claustrophobic. My friend had a lash and brow tint. She was taken into small room, where some staff eating lunch beside her,,,,was not very spa like. Also, the lash tint really painful, burning sensation…..never had this at other salons. She liked the technician but not the product.

Angel does an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. The last time she did it, I didn’t notice any new growth until 2.5 months in.

It was my first time getting a brow lamination done and the whole process was so smooth and comfortable. The end result I LOVE so much and the direction of the hairs are literally perfect. She corrected my brows so they would match and tinted them to the perfect color!
