She explained everything step by step & asked if I was happy with my eyebrows, if my eyebrows required any changes. Plus she was gentle & thorough in her work, a true perfectionist. I have been SOOO scared to let anyone touch my brows everyone took SOO much off. I haven't had them done in YEARS. I went to see Jahnavi and she spoke to me about what she recommended IF I wanted to.
