I went in for a brow lamination + lash lift and could not be happier with my service overall. Rita has the best manners which makes SUCH a difference from the second you walk in the door, and you can see her passion for her talent throughout. The place is clean, all staff are professional and the atmosphere is very calming so if you are prone to sensory-overload or are a carer for someone then this is where to go! Fabulous! I was made to feel like a valued customer from my first enquiry. Sylvie is amazing at what she does and so welcoming! I got a lash lift and brow lamination. My eyebrows are quite uneven and she really took the time to ensure to make them look even. My eyes water easily so previous lash lifts I got at other places weren’t able to hold as well. Sylvie was the first one to get them up quickly so the water wouldn’t impact the lift. I’ll definitely come back!

Really appreciated her time and passion. The salon itself is gorgeous and peaceful, so hard to stay awake during the treatment.

I’m an old client from their store back in QVB and the very fact that I’m willing to travel all the way to Chatswood says a lot about how good they are.

My eyebrows never looked better

Amazing and very efficient. My appointment takes 1 hour from start to finish and during that time, my technician was so gentle that i felt asleep. Good central location too, right at Chatswood station. One of the best lashes salons in Sydney IMO
