Lashay was so welcoming and professional, she showed me through to a lovely treatment room and before she started to shape and colour my brows she asked questions so that I was comfortable with the outcome. Lashay did a fantastic job, and my brows looked SO MUCH better afterwards. Lashay checked that I was pleased with the result and the whole experience was wonderful.
