I originally came for a Classic Natural set but wanted more volume after feeling it wasn’t enough. They booked me in as soon as possible and only charged me for the extra lashes even though it took over an hour for my resit. Customer service excellence in my book, I would highly recommend the lovely ladies at Beautopia Clinic Bonbeach.

Beautiful salon offering many services from facials to eyebrow laminating. Chantel is an experienced beautician and the range of products she uses is excellent, it’s always time for me to relax, my time to be pampered

Nice clean modern space, easy to access, service was a good price and I am happy with the end result. However, the customer service wasn’t great - I wasn’t greeted with a “hello” or even a smile when I walked in. The girl just demanded my name and told me to lie down and take my shoes off. I was confused because everyone else there had their shoes on?? There was no initial consultation or questions about my skin type, or what I wanted, or anything at all. She just kind of went to work to sculpt my brows… I am very happy with the end result but their customer service needs some work.
