I do prefer a more calming massage as it felt more sports like. I enjoy slow medium strokes instead of fast rapid massage movements. This by far was the best massage I have ever received. I left feeling like a brand new person. Farzana my therapist knew exactly what she was doing and could feel every knot, tense and sore muscle. The deep tissue massage with every stroke workout my knots. Her firm hands made me almost doze off to sleep. It was really good. 5 stars us definitely not enough. What I paid was worth every cent and more. This will be my new go to place to unwind. Thank you Farzana 😊
