Nam is Buddha's gift to mankind, with her angelic goddess-like hands. Honestly, I was struggling to stay awake the entire session. I booked the 90 minute Deep Tissue Sports Massage, and with the meticulous attention to detail that Nams pays, she was able to identify an alloted amount of knots throughout my musculature, from shoulders right down to my calves. Jack performed the Traditional Chinese Pedicure which he did with great efficiency and Zoe did my foot reflexology massage which was amazing. I highly recommend visiting for a variety of treatments. So amazing.

We have been going for weekly massages for about 6 weeks and the experience has been spectacular. The massage therapists are very good and we've tried four different therapists and they're all very good at their craft. I've had a tight shoulder and forearms and the relief has been amazing. We would highly recommend Sanctuary.

Confession: I know Mike, but didn’t realise he could completely relax my body with his hands. Visiting from across the pond, I was eager to drop in and have Mike attend to my regular aches and pains in my shoulders and knees. Just because I knew Mike prior, didn't excuse me from the professional consent and expectations chat that proceeded the actual massage... 🙌 ... and then the back, legs, pecs, arms and hands, lats, and finally my head felt like it was lifted from my body. As a result, I confirm my 5-star review... I feel Great!

An Amazing experience I'm committed to another. Have had a dodgy rt knee for a few weeks that wasn't improving so a knee massage has made such a difference to my mobility.So while I'm there why not have your back shoulders & neck worked on as well.Im a convert!! Ursulas knowledge & expertise has convinced me the merits of massage.

lovely experience. had a couple’s massage deal and the masseuse’s were very kind & mindful to how i had eczema by giving an oil option that is skin friendly. the massage was beautiful and had us feeling super light & relaxed afterwards! was also able to have complimentary ginger tea which added to the experience

In order to maintain flexibility and movement in my upper and lower back I have frequented a number of Thai massage services on the North Shore, I now get a regular 90 min Thai Oil massage at Sala and they provide the best friendly massage I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.

Mike gives the best massage I've ever had. So intuitive and attentive. I went in stiff and heavy under a mountain of stress and floated out the door feeling light as as a happy feather. Thanks Mike!
