Fantastic! Had my very first massage with Claudia today and she did not disappoint. A Clean, fresh beautiful room followed by a very warm welcome.. I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Time at Applewood Therapy is time well spent. It’s amazing how an hour under the hands of such an expert at her craft can reset your whole month. It’s time to put life’s events into perspective and file away all the niggles that you realise don’t actually matter. I feel so relaxed and reenergised when I leave, it’s made my whole life outside of the therapy room feel easier to manage. My tension has evaporated, my skin feels amazing, I smell wonderful and I’ve had the space to remember how to fully breathe. She’s a worker of miracles!

As always I really enjoyed seeing Leah for a massage treatment. Today I had a shoulder, neck and back massage. Leah acknowledged and was understanding of my slight back issues and communicated throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Had my waxing done today with Nisha, she did an excellent job as always. Looked after me, it was a lovely experience made me feel looked after.

I can't recommend Claudia enough!!She's got magic hands!I had the detox feet spa with legs massage it was so so amazing that for a moment I forgot where I was. Im also doing laser hair removal and I am supper happy with the results!! Every treatment I did with Claudia I would rate 5 starts no dought💗
