I had the Simply Natural Facial and scalp massage with an added on hand and arm massage and it was divine. I was immersed into a whole new level of relaxation and came away smelling divine from the beautiful essential oils used. Highly recommend and will book again soon!! Today I visited Remy’s Skin Spa Embassy in Northampton for a full body Swedish massage with Erica, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and welcoming. The atmosphere was beautiful — soft lighting, lovely scents, and a real sense of care. Erica greeted me warmly and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage itself was incredible. Erica is such a talented therapist — truly professional .

Another wonderfully relaxing, yet invigorating facial with Leah. I added a guided meditation to the beginning of the treatment. There is something unbelievably powerful about a calm voice letting you know it’s ok to relax and let go of life’s complexities for a while. I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Time at Applewood Therapy is time well spent. It’s amazing how an hour under the hands of such an expert at her craft can reset your whole month. It’s time to put life’s events into perspective and file away all the niggles that you realise don’t actually matter. I feel so relaxed and reenergised when I leave, it’s made my whole life outside of the therapy room feel easier to manage. My tension has evaporated, my skin feels amazing, I smell wonderful and I’ve had the space to remember how to fully breathe. She’s a worker of miracles!

Really calming treatment, Lisa is lovely and friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Worth noting that the treatment doesn’t include the full scalp due to the position of the head not an issue just something I hadn’t condidered

I had the privilege of being pampered today by an exceptional therapist Liza and it was amazing! I had a pomegranate body scrub and wrap with a facial add on- a full body treatment that felt heavenly from start to finish. I love body treatments because they feel more advanced than a regular massage, and the back scrub was definitely the highlight as it’s an area that often gets neglected. My skin feels so soft, smooth, and glowing. I can’t recommend this treatment enough!
