As always, a well needed massage to iron out all the nooks and crannies that creep up and stiffen your body. I recently took my 84 year old mum for the first time who said, boy, does she know her 'stuff' A big thanks to you Rachel for looking after mum so well and for being able to un-knot my body, no matter what I've put it through.
