After the initial patch test , I am delighted with the results - lengthened, volumised and lifted natural looking lashes. A lash tint is included to create an immediate full on mascara look . Everybody that works there seems lovely and welcoming, Eloise is brilliant, listens to exactly what I want but also advises on the best thing to do. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Ed is a superb hairdresser - thank you Ed . However nobody fetched my coat for me afterwards, with the result that I left without it and only later did I remember that I’d left it behind by mistake. Only just in time to remember to collect it before the rain started. There used to be a system for coat tags but this teams to have been dropped. It used to be very useful.
