Massage was the best I have had, Jade was very good indeed. The one thing is please can the oil be warm and also a heated blankets as it was a bit chilly.

I had the hot shell massage today and it was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer! The team is friendly and the salon itself is very welcoming. I would highly recommend and will certainly go back for more treatments.

Being a "woman of a certain age" I have been to a lot of beauty salons over the years and I can honestly say that Kay's is hands down the best one - I have had multiple treatments ranging from nails to waxing to massage to facials to lashes - all of which have been 10/10 - truly. In a nutshell - if you want a first class treatment then look no further. These ladies know their stuff and it is a joy and a pleasure frequenting Kay's salon.

I have just had an INCREDIBLE full body massage and a classic manicure. I LOVED every second of it . The people , location and quality of the work was PERFECT 👍. I can’t wait to go back again . Highly Recommend!

Great massage just what I needed after a 24 hour flight. Also had my nails redone. I cannot express how satisfied I am with them. I have always had a problem with my nails, not anympre though. Liv always does a fabulous job.

As always Olivia makes the whole experience a delight she is cheerful friendly and very professional would highly recommend to anybody.

I have been going to Olivia for a few years now. She's fantastic, and knows exactly how I like my massages, due to a health condition that affects my nerves. The premises are lovely and bright, airy and sophisticated looking, but at the same time it feels warm and comfy. The minute you walk in you're greeted by the lovely staff and made to feel so welcome. 5 stars from me. I highly recommend

Friendly staff and really welcoming and friendly environment, not to mention how aesthetically pleasing the place looks 🤩 The lady (I forgot her name now) did an excellent job with my nails, I had a full set of acrylic, french tip and some snowflakes for a Christmas touch! They look and feel fantastic ❤️
