I booked a 90-minute combo (back, neck & scalp massage + reflexology) and it was incredible! Aimi took time to discuss my needs, preferred pressure, and oils before starting. The heated bed was beyond comfortable, and her pressure was perfect throughout. She truly listened to my body and worked through every knot. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! Aimi, you’re truly gifted ❤️

I have been a client of Claire’s for a long time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for nail treatments, massages, waxing & facials. Beautiful girl, extremely professional with a great attention to detail especially for the nails, I would go so far as to say you are a perfectionist Claire, which means us ladies know we are in the best of hands! Definitely the best eyebrow shape and tint I have had to date. I now have actually eyebrows that are a gorgeous thick shape and a consistent colour. Emma is my only go to for all things beauty. She is not only exceptionally consistent to an extremely high standard but such a genuine and decent person. Over the years I would consider her so much more of a friend than someone whom I engage in business with. It is evident all of her other clients feel the same as getting an appointment at sort notice can be difficult but not impossible. Emma will move Heaven and Earth to accommodate you.

A great treatment as usual. Booked in for the two hours with a mix of treatments. Aimi is magic, puts you right at ease and gives you the best experience. Felt like I was floating afterwards. The treatment room is so cosy and relaxing. Can't wait to book again.

I used to get lash lifts after a period of lash extensions. In seeing these and knowing that ‘all things Korean’ can’t go wrong. The lash lift was totally non stingy - normal lash lifts would have made my eyes sting briefly afterwards. They open my ‘hooded’ eyes too. I’m on week 1 only so I can’t comment on the duration as yet but will be delighted if they last past 4 weeks and even more so for the 8 weeks. That is value for money. Emma is really gifted in her craft and a wonderful person to boot. The perfect example of a female in business for any young woman looking to do the same.
