Amazing! I have been dealing with an injury and Emma really helped me. I had a 20 minute walk home and it was pain free compared to the walk there which wasn’t. I would highly recommend a massage with Emma.

Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective.
