We had the most wonderful experience at The Salt Cave Niagara! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Our floating session was so calming, followed by a peaceful time in the beautiful salt cave and a cozy, rejuvenating session in the infrared sauna. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing and healing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and full of gratitude. We can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing experience! The Salt Cave was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. We felt so refreshed afterward. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort. We will definitely be coming back—with my husband next time! Highly recommend.

It was a great experience. The facialists were really good at their job. The salt cave was the perfect place to sit down and relax. The ice globe treatment was amazing! I would want to come back to this spa and get a facial whenever I possibly could. Would recommend for anybody else who wants a good relaxation afternoon.

Had an awesome body massage with Silviya. Very experienced masseuse. Before starting I mentioned I was having issues with my rt foot. I would like to thank her for taking the time explaining what she felt was happening there

I love the friendly staff, atmosphere and great massages. We all have our favourites, but they are great MT's. Athena makes you feel like part of their family. They offer many other services- hair, manicures, pedicures, lashes etc. A one stop shop. I love they have a second location -Heaven's Hair Studio.

Hello Everyone!! This will be my 4th review for a service I received from the Niagara region. Check them out. I love the Healing Salt Cave! Received a full body massage from Brent, facial from Tiffany. Both services were excellent and I absolutely love the salt cave. I would absolutely recommend the Healing Salt Cave. Taking aestheticians school myself in October of this year. My aim is to one day work at a place like this one. To provide people with a calm relaxing retreat like experience. Life is very short and stressful! We all need love support from each-other and kindness!

Salt caves are the perfect place to unwind. The atmosphere was wonderfully calming as we waited for our massage—a great space to relax before our session. I needed a deep tissue massage, and Brent did an incredible job working out my tense muscles. I’ll definitely be back!

Exceptional. From the moment you walk in the staff ensure you are well looked after every moment. I had the Japanese Head spa treatment. Maya was my treatment person. Every detail was covered from review of my med history to what to expect to level of spa music, temperature of the bed and water and the movement of this wonderful woman's massage. The level of professionalism is rarely seen in the Niagara Region She is a treasure!
