My experience was ok. It could have been better if the room was freezing cold. Also the girl massaging my scalp matted my hair so badly that I had to carefully comb it out when I got home. This was also quite painful at the time but I was too embarrassed to say anything, I know I should have told her. My eyes were stinging a bit from product during the facial, so perhaps more care could be taken around the eye area.

1000/10 I love coming and treating my self it’s so relaxing, Tiana is amazing she’s so lovely and always comforting and asking if everything’s okay, the service is amazing and she’s so qualified and can do absolutely everything 😍 the massages are so good, and makes me feel good after, almost falling asleep every-time and the facials are great my skin has never looked better, just started coming but will continue, thank you Tiana for everything all your recommendations and the chats and my never lasting questions, which btw she’s so happy to answer all of them!!
