Very professional. Massage very relaxing. Could have made the experience better by diffusing essential oils so that treatment room smelled like a spa and having relaxing music.

I only have good things to say about this salon. It's a hidden gem of the Clarendon Park area, discovered it this summer when I decided I really need a pedicure for ny suffering feet 🤣. This is my second time I came in for a gel callus peel pedicure; came in with rough callus feet and toenails, and left with princess feet and flower like toenails. A warm, welcoming and feminine environment, where you feel safe about your imperfections and well looked after. Strongly recommend!!!

I just had the most amazing flavored pedicure with Lydia! The scents were incredible and my feet have never felt softer. Lydia is professional, attentive, and has a great eye for detail. Highly recommend!

i recently had a hydrofacial with Shereena and it was an incredible experience. she took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure i was relaxed throughout the treatment. my skin felt so clean, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. you can tell she really cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail. i’ve been to her before for a pedicure and loved it then too. highly recommend Shereena if you’re looking for great service and real results! ❤️

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had my first fully body massage with Minda and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and she focused on problem areas too. I felt like she really knew what she was doing, and cared - she didn't rush anything. I felt comfortable and would definitely come again. I had a full body, hands, feet, legs, stomach, chest, arms, back, face and even a slight head massage. When the phone rang or the doorbell, Minda didn't leave or become distracted, which was really appreciated.

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, gentle and friendly especially with my grams who has dementia. As it was both our first pedicure they made us feel safe and comfortable. They now have 2 more regular customers to their books! :-)
