Em is an excellent massage therapist. Her technique helped release the tightness in my back muscles caused by workouts and long sitting. I felt much better after the session—my soreness was greatly reduced. What impressed me most was that she found the actual source of pain in my mid-back, not just around the shoulder blades where I thought the issue was. Her focused work brought real relief. I felt lighter and more comfortable after the massage. Highly recommended for anyone with back or neck tension.
