Nice relaxing environment, POM gave a really good massage, focused on the areas that needed the most attention. When I found the pressure too much Pom adjusted at my request. All in all a good deep massage, my aches and tightness has been eased. Will defo be back

I have been visiting laser light for nearly 4 years now, for a wide variety of treatments. You are always made welcome and made to feelat home.. All of the staff are lovely and professional. Deimante, my beautician is a lovely person and a great at her job. She is very knowledgeable of all of the treatments and products available in the salon , and I am more than happy to have her as my beautician Alison Holley

I had an amazing experience at this beauty salon! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel so welcome. I’m absolutely in love with my nails—they look perfect! I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! I booked my boyfriend in for a sports therapy massage as a birthday present. From the moment we walked in I knew the place deserved all the 5 star ratings it receives. The massage therapist discussed his previous injuries in detail and understood his concern areas. Throughout the massage she also made sure to address these concerns. The service we received today was 10/10 and I cannot recommend anymore. We will be back for a couples massage!
