I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

My first visit to the Little Health Barn. Lovely venue. Nice quiet & tranquil venue. Would recommend!

Lovely location, so quiet and peaceful, Holly was amazing always so welcoming and nice, I’m very happy with my treatment, getting amazing results with the lemon bottle.

I had such am amazing massage. Vicky is excellent. She is professional in her manner, knowledgeable and in tune with her treatment. Loved it. I’ve already booked my next 💚🍀💚,

Vicki puts me at ease and induces a deep sense of relaxation in me, that I find hard to get from other therapists. Vicki listens to what I want to gain from a massage and works in a way that she responds to what my body is needing at the time and will suggests techniques or tools that would be useful in maximising the therapeutic effects that f the massage. Vicki has the most calming voice I’ve ever heard and installs a sense of great wellbeing and a feeling of being looked after.

I really liked Vicky’s massage. Her place is cosy and warm. And the music she puts on is so soothing.

Vicky has created the perfect sanctuary to take some time for yourself. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and the massage was amazing! She really cares about creating a treatment where your mind can relax as much as your body - an all round restorative experience, thank you!
