She intuitively knows areas of concern and treats you with care when needed and a firm force as required. Sarah’s massage enables me to continue my crazy workout schedule knot and pain free.

I've been going to Sarah for massages for a while now, but this time I tried face reflexology and Reiki. I wasn't really sure what it was initially, but honestly it was so relaxing. The best way I can describe it is my body was still there but my mind had gone somewhere else. Such a strange feeling, but in the best way. My 12 year old son tried the reflexology too and he loved it. He's already asking when he can come back and try something else. Always come away feeling better after seeing Sarah. If you've been thinking about trying something different, I'd definitely recommend it.

I have been a client of Sarah’s for many years. She is a competent and professional practitioner of massage in various forms. Her kind and astute practice has assisted me through various periods of illness and physical recovery from surgery and injuries. I see her regularly, when I am neither ill nor injured, and particularly enjoy reflexology. I recommend her without reservation.

Had Stacey this morning for a Sculpt and glow regeneration. Wow absolutely fantastic, facial, cleansing,head neck massage, foot massage, lymphatic drainage and moisturising. Was a 1hour and a half of pure pamper. Thank you Stacey you were wonderful as always. Highly recommend. X

Sarah always gets me back on my feet when I’ve damaged myself. This visit I had hurt my shoulders somehow and could barely move the right one. Sarah worked on this and I left being able to move my arm freely again and the headache I had for the past few days has lifted.

Lymphatic drainage full body massage. My body has been swollen, puffy, tired and generally run down from constant illness But coming to the rescue is the lymphatic drainage massage. Karita worked her magic on my broken body and restarted my whole system. The 2 days after this treatment I spent deflating literally . I felt so sluggish before this treatment as if my body couldn't work in harmony to cleanse itself. After this treatment I feel as if my body has been restarted to how it should work. I cannot put into words how this massage has worked for me. Highly recommend. Thank you Smith & Co

Bamboo massage by Karita was beyond words. Stretched my muscles from head to foot without the pain was so relaxed I accidently dropped off and snored. Once finished was so effective I was able to touch my toes from a standing positions . ( I have not been able to do this for 2 years since I had an accident and illness. Once again woodlands ladies have introduced a first class experience. Highly recommended it.

The facial and back massage was very nice but a few things that could have made it better: a smile or two from the therapist, asking if there were any areas of particular attention for the back massage & a much firmer head massage. It was annoying there were no head bands available to keep the hair from my face. I hope this is helpful and constructive feedback.

The lady was really really lovely and very diligent with the preparation. I was also grateful for the cup of tea. But the gel did leak onto the cutical on one foot which means the finish isn't as polished.

It was the first time we had used Smith and co hair and beauty . We were able to park near it which was a blessing being on a high street . We was welcomed into a gorgeous Saloon with brick and wooden interior it was absolutely gorgeous . We saw AJ for a men’s cut and a women’s cut and blow dry . Had a cheeky hair massage too ☺️ I said what I wanted and AJ smashed it my hair looks and feels amazing! We will be back id rather go to smith and co than anywhere else. Thank you so much 💜
