From the moment walking through the entrance into the lobby to the massage room and greeting by staff was phenomenal. The head & foot massage was very relaxing and it was not rushed. Very clean and great ambient setting.

I visited Ignite Your Soul for a relaxing head and foot massage, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Lola, my massage therapist, who immediately projected a positive and calming energy. The space was inviting, with cozy slippers and beverages offered to guests. The massage room was beautifully set up with soft music playing in the background and fresh flowers adding a lovely touch. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. Lola’s technique was soothing, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire session.

I’ve been seeing Tamara for two months and she’s been incredible. As someone who works out regularly, I often deal with muscle tension, and Tamara knows exactly how to target and release those tight areas. She adjusts pressure perfectly and is always professional, caring, and skilled. I leave every session feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to hit the gym again. Highly recommend her if you’re active or just need a great massage!

This was my first time visiting "ignite your soul" and they did not disappoint. My husband and I had the couples massage. My lower back and neck felt brand new after the session. My masseuse was thorough, attentive and caring. I highly recommend giving this spa a try. I see myself visiting again and again and again. Much thanks to the wonderful ladies who made my husband and I feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Great experience, great massage. Booked a couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was very pleasant, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The massage was relaxing, and they exfoliate your back with one of their scrubs which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our time!

Great experience! My boyfriend and I came for my birthday and had a 90 min couples massage and the he did a 30 min head massage and I did a 30 min foot massage. Coleen and Suzanne were amazing. We felt so relaxed afterwards and definitely plan to return. 10/10 would recommend.

I enjoyed my visit to Ignite Your Soul in Ajax. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Mary provided my service and it was very relaxing. My skin felt and looked great afterwards. My only negative comment was that I booked the Glow package which included a facial, a back/neck/shoulder massage and a foot massage and I realized afterwards I didn't get the foot massage.

The staff and new location are great! My friend and I went for the winters dream holiday spa package on December 28th and it was amazing with one exception. We had Mary and Colleen who are so sweet and amazing!! The shoulder/back/neck massage and microdermabrasion facial were fantastic!! The only issue is that we did not get our foot massage (part of the package) so I sent a message online through the site and never even received an acknowledgement, so that was disappointing. We still had a great time!

O.M.G! I just had the absolute best experience EVER!!! The service that I had done was the Glow Package. Back massage, facial, and even a nice foot rub/massage. It is 10000% worth the price you pay. I highly HIGHLY recommend getting your next visit done by Crystal. She is literally an absolute GODESS!!! She’s funny, kind, gentle, and excellent at what she does! 10/10 recommend!!
