My massage was great the staff where friendly only complaint I have is the room I was in was right at the front of the shop my masseuse stopped to answer the phone leaving me in the process. Also lots of foot traffic in the salon going past my room was noisy and the staff were talking lots at the front counter. Next time I will ask for a room further from the front of the salon. Will definitely be back though thank you

After reading reviews for Lai Thai I decided to try it out. I was able to book on-line. When I arrived I was greeted with a lovely welcome. It is a beautiful place and so professional in every way. The cleanliness is A1. The rooms are spacious, very relaxing and quiet. You can also claim if you have private health which is such a bonus. Now for the massage with Nat. OMG. It’s the best I’ve ever had and that includes Bali massages! It was out of this world! I just feel like I’m walking on air after the experience. Do yourself a favour and try Lai Thai. You’ll thank yourself. 🙏🏻 Nat 🌸.

The reviews don’t lie - Marcela lives up to the hype. Drop your body at the door and pick it up on the way out because that’s how it felt after an amazing spa trip for eyebrow wax, facial + hot stone massage.

I had a very good experience with Bronwyn and enjoyed my time. Unfortunately once home, I realised I still had a lot of hair on my legs and it took me an hour to touch-up…

Both ladies were very conscientious and professional. My feet are extremely dry, and therefore I did not expect miracles, and I believe Melanie did the best she could with them. Not sure if any other customers find the chairs less than comfortable, but the massaging mechanism tends to dig into the back a bit. I put the massager on a couple of times to see if it would relieve the discomfort but not much difference was noted. I wouldn't have even mentioned it, but if one is to be seated in them for more than 20 minutes, it might become slightly irritating.

Had the Take a Break package today and it was value for money. Mel did a great job, very relaxing massage & facial. Felt wonderful afterwards.

The overall experience was very good. There was a lot of head massage which wasn’t the best head massage I’ve had also the therapist asked if I minded a bit of product getting in my hair (which I didn’t) but I came away with a large amount of product in my hair. My face does however feel amazing & I would book again but I would ask for less of a head massage.

Bronwyn gave me the most amazing therapeutic and relaxing massage. She loosened my hammies and calf muscles as well as my right hip flexor. The Magnesium treatment felt so good and I’m confident that this will alleviate the cramping I have had lately. Thank you so much Bronwyn You are truely wonderful!
