Fabulous! Lauren is so lovely and friendly and a very good masseur. I had a half hour sports massage which was great, she’s been treating my glutes as I get sciatica, this is a bit painful but the results are brilliant. I’m also on the second stage, so half an hour of Lymphatic Drainage, which is very relaxing and also showing great straits. I’m feeling better overall too.

I always have a fabulous experience with Lauren! Usually go for the 1 hour sports massage and she always pays attention to any areas that I’ve been having trouble with, and I leave feeling super loose and relaxed! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I booked Lauren for a massage, after suffering intense tension headaches for about 10 days. Instantly I felt relief, but waited until the morning to write a review, just to see how it was it was after a nights sleep. Amazing massage as always. Lauren is so good and professional.

This was my first visit to Lauren for a sports massage. I work in healthcare which means I’m often putting myself in awkward positions, carrying or moving heavy objects, and it’s left my shoulders and posture in tatters. Lauren is so knowledgable. We discussed my posture in depth and she explained how the impact around my shoulders blades could be contributing. I came out feeling much looser and with more mobility in my shoulders. I would recommend Lauren to anyone, especially those with physically demanding jobs! Thank you Lauren x
