Amazing service, it started with detagling and the most relaxing hair wash I've had in a while. My braider was gentle, I was even falling asleep, they offered me tea and they even tried to make a pillow from a towel so I could be comfortable while dozing off. The towels are clean. The whole experience was amazing.

To start off with the salon is very beautifully setup with a calming atmosphere. I got a very warm welcome, once I arrived and as I was ushered to my seat I was offered a complimentary drink, which was an unexpected surprise. Lydia and the ladies handled my hair with so much care, and always checking to make sure my comfort had not been compromised, was wonderful! And the attention to detail is unmatched. I absolutely loved my makeup! The attention to detail was incredible and everything was done so beautifully and professionally. I had an absolutely lovely time here. It was my first time and it was great. The space is centrally located, with a safe parking garage opposite the Gardens Centre. I did a pedicure and they have massage chairs! Amazing! The application was good, as was the scrub and massage. Grace was very friendly and smiley and really wanted me to be happy and impressed. The only slight down was that they were 20 min late for my appointment but I forgot about that the moment the massage chair started up. They could work on cleanliness and nail equipment a bit but still a place I'd definitely go to again!
