Me and my mom had a wonderful experience getting ready for my wedding at Petal Salon. Amanda is extremely personable and made both of us feel welcome. She also did an excellent job, and we both looked beautiful. If I ever find myself in New Orleans with a special event to go to, I would definitely use this salon again.

It was my very first time at this salon and I loved every second spent here! I booked last minute for a make-up and hair updo service, but they were still able to accomodate me. I booked with Robyn for both services and she was AMAZING! She is sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable on what she does. I loved my results and I cant wait to come back again. I HIGHLY recommend! The other staff were very friendly as well. Overall, the service and the place itself was on top of the line! Look no further and book here, I gurantee you will not regret it

Petal Salon does a great job of making you feel comfortable and beautiful. The location and vibe are very chic, calming, and fresh! I enjoyed my make up appointment with Amanda who did an excellent job of listening to and centering my preferences while also making helpful suggestions.

Robin did my make up and she was the best. Professional, sweet, and knows what she’s doing. I really liked that she chatted with me during the session, made it very relational. I will definitely be using her for future make up sessions.

Love my nail tech Sedia. She is consistent, detailed, and funny. I normally hate getting my nails done because it takes so much time, and I don’t like being touched. Sedia has made this however my favorite part of the week. Only thing is…now I have to make my own appointments where before the prior receptionist would. I’ve a few issues with the services booked being incorrect and sometimes no one is there to book it, but my nail tech has a next client. Also love Jodi…she slays the brows.

Theresa and her team are great. I've been coming here for a couple years and always been extremely happy with the service. Recently had a bad foot injury and Theresa has been very attentive to make sure I've been comfortable during my sessions while I've still been recovering. 12/10, couldn't recommend any higher!

I had my wedding makeup trial today and I cannot recommend Tonejhel enough! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. My makeup turned out absolutely flawless and lasted through the New Orleans rain storm I ran into! She enhanced my features while still making me feel like myself. I was traveling from Oregon on a road trip and really needed a haircut. I came across Lauren and booked an appointment. It can be a little nerve-racking to book an appointment out of the blue with someone you don’t know, but I liked what I saw and read and took a chance. I’ve been going to tonejhel for my ponytails and she never misses. Every single time my hair comes out flawless, neat, and exactly how I want it.
