I had 4 incredible bio-energy sessions with Ciara. . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Ciara immediately put me at ease, and I felt so comfortable throughout. I’d been feeling drained and unmotivated, and was hoping to unblock whatever was holding me back. After the session, I felt lighter, clearer, and more energised—mind, body, and spirit.
