I had a wash, cut and blow‑dry at VIP Hair & Beauty Salon and I couldn’t be happier. Arla truly listens — not just to what you ask for, but to what will actually suit you — and she offers thoughtful suggestions that make all the difference. Her attention to detail is incredible; she’s absolutely obsessed with getting every strand just right and it shows in the final result.I walked out feeling like a brand‑new woman. If you want someone who combines skill, care and the highest standards, this is the place for you.

Great service all round she is very clean everything is done professionally. You are truly an artist! I’ve never had my lashes/brows look this perfect." "You have such a delicate touch. I felt totally at ease during the whole procedure." "You really know how to highlight my best features. I feel like a better version of myself." Thank you.

I had my make up done for the first time with Poppy for my friends wedding and she gave me a small pit of powder for topping up throughout the event. Apart from topping the under eye up with a bit of powder, my make up stayed on all day even in 30 degree heat! Amazing! Thanks Poppy!

I can not recommend G enough, I struggle really bad with anxiety and for me it was a big step going to meet at her little beauty room! G is amazing she made me feel right at home & comfortable and advised around what my vision was to what would be good for me. Firstly I started doing my own cluster lashes and then booked in to do my eyebrows! Yesterday I had my top up for my eyebrows they are FABULOUS! Even (without my top up everyone would comment on my brows!) I can not thank G enough! G you really are amazing in what you do. I am very lucky to say you’re a friend! XxX

I had my makeup done by Natalie for a wedding - Natalie was absolutely lovely & made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. The makeup was incredible, I am extremely fussy and was so happy with how Natalie did my makeup. My makeup also lasted all day & night. I would 100% recommend and will use again when I am around the area! Thank you! 🩷

I went to Nat to have my wedding make up trial and had the best experience. I’m not the one to have my make up done often but I felt very comfortable and listened to the whole time. Make up lasted 12+ hours too!
