Charli is the most amazing hairdresser any client could ever ask for . Charli is unique as she always takes the time to discuss what you would like to be done to your hair and is always honest about the results - this is such a rare quality . Charli has built up her own hairdressing business and client list from scratch which shows what an entrepreneur she truly is - I would never let anyone touch my hair other than Charli - Charli - you are amazing and thank you for the incredible experience I receive every time I come to your Salon. 5 stars as always! Great service, great chat and so welcoming! Would 100% recommend booking Ria for your treatments, especially if you're nervous like I am. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout, which is echoed by the relaxed vibes of the salon. Such a lovely community centred salon. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

I had the classic Japanese head spa this morning with Racheal and it was absolute bliss. Very relaxing and my hair feels great. As always Rachael was very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit with Rachael in a while due to illness. We were starting a fresh. I feel completely transformed as a person. I just love Rachael. Her gentle hands have made me feel more love myself. Honestly, if you have ever considered getting your lashes done, Rachel is your gal! My first time at Rose Lodge as recently moved to Beccles I found it wonderfully relaxing, I had a facial,and head massage absolutely amazing ,calm and friendly atmosphere .Worth every penny and within walking distance . Will become my fortnightly treat xx
