I was still squeezed in at the end of the day, even though it was my own stupid fault for getting my times mixed up in the first place!! Mazing result as always and perfect customer service. Anyone who chooses not to book in is clearly not OK...!!

Having arrived really nervous and unsure about what I wanted to achieve, Nina calmly talked me through options and treatments.
