Joshua provided fantastic service today! He was amazing and made us feel very at ease throughout our entire appointment. We will definitely be booking with him again. However, the building itself is looking a bit tired and could definitely use a refresh. The chair I sat in for waxing was broken, and the lighting wasn't very good. Having some additional seating in the waiting area would also be a big improvement. Overall, though, the service was excellent!
