I had a beautiful experience with Kayla today for my Nanoplasty treatment. I absolutely LOVE my new hair. It’s so silky, smooth and healthy looking! The appointment is quite long, but the girls made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They checked in on me, offered drinks, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m especially looking forward to the lower maintenance and spending less time doing my hair every morning. The results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed which I was happy with but the girl didn’t make me feel welcome. It seemed she was there just to do a job, no conversation, slightly abrupt in her manner. It’s the second time I’ve been there and had the same experience previously. I will go back only because it’s quick and affordable but I think she could use some training in customer service and a smile to welcome people.
