So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

Received a voucher for here and decided to use it for a Microdermabrasion facial. Georgann was very polite and helpful and explained all in detail what she would be doing. Facial was fab and my face felt and looked amazing afterwards. Defo recommend.

Fantastic experience. Very professional and knowledgeable, this treatment was so much more than a facial. For someone like me who does not normally enjoy a massage I was completely at ease with Kelly who certainly knows her stuff! I absolutely love coming to the salon! Kelly is honestly amazing at everything she does!! I have been getting facials / brows and teeth whitening by kelly over the last couple years and she has always been amazing and gives you so much help with any aftercare that’s needed!
