My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Myself and my daughter went to Fraya for our nails before our holiday and they lasted really well, despite loads of time in pool, sea and lots of suncream! Still looked great 3 weeks later. Lovely relaxing nail room too! Highly recommended by us :)

I loved my time at the Bothy. It’s a beautiful calm location to have treatments in, and Ash my therapist was just lovely and chatty but also happy to leave me to my deep relaxation! I had the Bothy Retreat package of pedicure, gel manicure and the most wonderful facial. I will most definitely go back to the Bothy- such a treat!
