My experience was great. I drew a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and lisa brought them to life in the best way possible. She was kind and precise. I've never had someone take so much care as to the shape of my nails. Lisa regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. If I needed anything, if I was too hot if I needed water. If the pressure was okay on my nails. I've never had better service. Would whole heartedly recommend.

The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

A little behind and a little rushed today. I have a few lumps and a few gaps this time for my drip nails which I never usually see from my nails at this location. The shape is also not my usual but they shall grow and I’ll try to book a less rushed time of day or week next time
