First of all, the atmosphere at Renew U is sooo relaxing. I was very comfortable. Secondly, Kenya was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, paid attention to detail and thorough. The eperience at Luxe Gleam Studio was wonderful! I was very nervous at first, as I have a low pain tolerance. However, Shania's bubbly personality, along with her understanding and patience from the junp, immediately put me at ease. She was also very gentle, thorough and detailed oriented which boosted my confidence in her abilities. Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.
