My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

Today was so exciting. For the first time in my life, I was able to do a hairstyle using my own hair with no extensions involved. On top of that Tapiwa is back which is exciting. I really want to take this moment to thank Anne and the team for always delivering an exceptional service. Another 5 star experience. I came in to get medium braids done on my natural hair. I was expecting to take quite some time because I have ALOT of hair. But Mercy washed my hair, dried it and braided it all within 3 hours. Love the efficiency and how it came out. Thank you, Mercy! Until next time…🙂

I had a lovely experience at Aneric - each customer gets their own individual treatment room where you can either relax and watch your favourite show or movie on the salon’s tablets or join meetings in a quiet space. My natural hair was unplaited, detangled, washed, blow dried and trimmed with care.

I had previously booked my mom for treatment here and I said I told myself I had to try this place out for myself once I took my plaits out. I was not disappointed! First I want to say that I have very thick and coarse 4C hair that I’ve struggled to find a place in JHB that can handle it properly. That’s why I just keep it in protective styles. Dudu was so gentle with the detangling I almost forgot I was a natural girlie the way there was no pain. The treatment was impeccable and everyone was so sweet. Can’t wait to come back for my braids in 2 weeks. Thank you, Dudu!

Great experience as always at Anne's salon. They really care about client's hair. Love the individual rooms because one can work while having the hair done. Would have loved to give score of 5 just my bun was not the size shown. Must commend Anne for trying to fix it. Better communication from both ends will help avoid such mishaps.
