5/5 as always Kate is really professional and she knows what she is doing basically I just sit down and relax bc I know I’ll be happy with her work and what she does. It’s always a pleasant experience the place is always really clean and I’ve noticed they even have some refreshments.

I had a fantastic consultation and facial with Kate. She was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns before recommending the best treatment. My experience getting my hair done was amazing the staff was so great with everything. Any questions or worries I had they just answered and made the experience so much easier for me. Once they finished cutting and fitting my hair system I absolutely loved it! In so happy I did it looks so good. Would highly recommend thank you for everything.

Salma did the most perfect biab French set (manicure and pedicure) that I’ve ever had! She’s such a perfectionist and I love them. Also had a Hollywood wax and I was surprised with how comfortable she made me feel throughout the whole process

Evie was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She made me feel so comfortable straight away and really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. She kept checking in to see if I liked the style and whether I wanted any more taken off so it would match my previous haircut perfectly. I was so nervous to start my hair system journey, but the whole team at Leeds made me feel so at ease. It was so fun seeing the whole process unfold and watching Evie work her magic in making me look and feel years younger! Evie was so patient and made sure I was leaving with the exact head of hair I had in mind. It’s truly changed my life, my confidence came back the minute I left the building.
