The massage I didn’t know I needed as much as I did! After a crazy busy few weeks I went for an aromatherapy message. An efficient consultation followed by a bespoke blend of oils matched to my needs and a relaxing hour of massage. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

This was my third visit to Lancashire aesthetics now and I am always so happy with my experience. Rachel always explains exactly what she will be doing to calm my nerves and she does an amazing job of making my lips natural but beautiful. I will never trust anyone else but rachel with a needle to my face !!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!

Loved Ground and Awaken at Cove! Such a gorgeous atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and really thoughtfully put together. The perfect mix of relaxing, recharging and breath work.
