First time customer and booked on a whim as a birthday treat, Harjeet was very friendly, professional and patient whilst I was very indecisive on choosing my colour 😀

Melissa was very upbeat & bubbly. I'd never had a spray tan before. She explained everything and made me feel at ease. Would recommend.

Melissa is absolutely amazing, she is excellent at what she does and makes you feel so relaxed that you feel like you have known her for years. I will not be going to anyone else for beauty treatments. Melissa is my one and only beauty therapist from now on. X

Another much-needed hour in the Radiance Room! ✨ Always professional and providing such a wonderful service. I’m so grateful for everything you do. Full leg and bikini wax, eyebrows, and top lip, all completed within the hour. Efficient, relaxing, and always a fantastic experience. Thank you! ✌️

I just want to say what an absolute breath of fresh air it was to walk into this gorgeous salon. At first I couldnt find it and Mel said not to worry and came outside to wave to me. Im normally quite anxious, particularly at salons and with Mel my anxiety melted away immediately! She was the most fantastic lady, asked questions about me, not judgmental in the slightest.....not to mention the eyebrows! She properly measured my face to make sure they were symmetrical which Ive never had before! I then mentioned I would love to have my nails done and had been looking for somewhere....

Mel said she could do them now if Id like and I was so pleased and grateful! I pulled up a few pictures on my phone and she did some lovely pink flowery nails and even made me a hot drink! This is honestly the best salon experience I have ever had and this is all down to Mel! ❤️
