I came to Abu Dhabi for vacation and I was looking for salon specialized in curly hair This is my first visit and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome that instantly made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were attentive and kind. Special thank to hairstylist Negar , the final result was even better than I imagined My curls look defined, healthy and full of life. I’m so happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend 🌟

My favorite salon in Abu Dhabi

Amazing experience at this salon at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr!! Yelen was so accommodating as I was here for a friend’s wedding and needed emergency makeup done. She was beyond flexible and lovely. Ali is the makeup artist and he made me look like a Syrian princess 👸🏽!! I couldn’t stop getting compliments all evening, 5 stars ⭐️

Excellent for my curly hair, the best in Abu Dhabi. Hair coloring was also done with amazing expertise and the result. Would recommend anyone who cares about their hair looks and health

Thank you for everything it’s my favourite salon in Abu Dhabi, also thank you for ‏achui it’s a beautiful lady and she took care of my hair and was very nice.

The service in the saloon is excellent and all staff members are very professional in all hair services. The best beauty saloon in Abu Dhabi city and number one . Thank you for the great service

The service was great ,the team was so friendly and kind everything was clean but the washroom was not clean at all , other than that everything was excellent👌🏻💕

I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

Was visiting Abu Dhabi on a stopover and booked my daughter in here for a shampoo and blow dry. They were super-punctual, Fadi did a beautiful job of her long thick hair in only 30 minutes and the tea and biscuits they gave me were much appreciated. Will definitely return if in Abu Dhabi again.

Best place in Abu Dhabi if you want to learn how to take care and style frizzy curly/ wavy hair. I had a pleasure to be treated by Francesca. She was very professional, answered all my questions and taught me how to style my hair and even suggested products that I could use to achieve the same results at home. My hair is very damaged, Frizzy and had zero defined curls/waves in it, after the deep hydration treatment and styling the hair felt soft and was bouncy and had defined waves and curls. Definitely coming back.

This is by far the best place I tried for hair! Amazing vibe and very friendly staff! Coffee is also really good and their nail art is on point! My new fav spot in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

Loved my experience at Hair Factory! All the staff were super efficient — as soon as I arrived, I was taken in for eyebrow threading, then directed to have my hair washed in preparation for my haircut. The hairdresser, Rabih, immediately understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I absolutely loved the results! What made it even better was that I got my manicure done during the haircut — such a time-saver! I was done in less than an hour, and everything cost under 100 euros. Great value for money and excellent service. Thank you, Hair Factory!
