Mederi is one of those magic places that welcomes you with open arms. I have been twice now and both times I had a fantastic experience. The first time I had a float and a massage in the massage chair - which was amazing. The second time I had a session with Hannah, the breath work was life changing and revealing and wonderful all at once. I have booked to go back and I suggest you do too.

It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

I had a much needed float today and feel so much calmer and more relaxed for an hour of weightlessness. I also tried the anti gravity massage chair before my float and highly recommend it, will definitely be adding that to all floats from now on! Thank you Hannah and team for a wonderful couple hours of escape.

I booked this for my husband as a bday gift, he absolute love it, and the lady working at the wellness center was a delight, she made us feel so welcomed and explored everything so nicely, overall it was a perfect experience.

first time to have a cranio-sacral treatment. it's misleading to think of it as a massage as there is so little "physical " movement but I thought it was fantastic. gentle but very positive and deeply relaxing.

Emma is amazing, I have very few words, except sublime, magical and I have already rebooked. THE most relaxing massage I have ever had!

Fabulous experience. Loved the sauna. The flotation experience takes a few minutes to get your head into but when fully relaxed it’s quite an experience. Favourite part was probably the massage chair!

Amazing massage with Emma ✨️ It certainly won't be my last!

An hour of absolute bliss! First time float for me but something I’ve been meaning to do for a long time now. If I’m honest I thought I would get cold but with the lid down it was nice and toasty in there! I followed the float with a 10 minute massage chair which too was a first for me. All in all I was very impressed with the whole set up, very clean and relaxing atmosphere and a nice herbal tea in between.

The massage and craniosacral therapy combined and known as Emma's Special were terrific. One of the most relaxing and impactful massage's I have had in a long time. I have a few minor suggestions about how to make the whole experience great+ if Emma or someone on the team would like to call me I can share. I have already recommended Mederi to my wife and daughter, and look forward to returning one day soon myself.

I tried the massage chair for the first time today. I wasn’t comfortable with the claustrophobia it caused initially but Vivienne was really helpful in explaining the options to stop, slow and reduce the intensity of the chair. I also kept the door open which helped me to use it for the full 15mins. Really positive experience overall.

I had 30 minutes in an infrared sauna and 20 minutes in the Chair Doctor, massage chair. Both were amazing. The staff were interested in me and took the time to find out more about why I was attending. Excellent experience all round and I would highly recommend it to any one considering a pamper or for medical reasons.

Absolutely loved our experience of the float and massage chair today. Was a treat for my husband's birthday and he was overwhelmed by how relaxed it made him feel, it was his first time. We loved the atmosphere which was peaceful, restful and exactly what we had hoped for. The beautiful decor and little quotes everywhere just made the experience that much more wonderful. We bought some lovely body wash and incense to take away to enjoy. Thank you to the lovely staff member, sorry I didn't get her name but she was so friendly and helpful.

So happy to have found this gem of a wellness centre. The sauna was amazing and I enjoyed the massage chair too. I will be back!
