I booked a last minute appointment with Kayode after finding him online to check out my shoulder, which had been feeling really tight and sore. He took time to chat through the issue before giving one of the best sports massages I’ve had, really working into the area and using stretches that made an immediate difference. My shoulder felt so much better right after! The space is spotless and nicely decorated, and Kayode is incredibly professional and clearly knows his stuff. I’ll definitely be booking in again!

The best deep tissue/ sports type massage i have had in a very long time, also different stretches factored in which were very beneficial. The venue is very well kept and nicely decorated and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Therapist clearly was very knowledgeable and capable and listened to my specific concerns and adapted his approach to cater for my specific issue. Overall excellent service and very professional set up. I will be returning in future and highly recommend.

Kay is absolutely fantastic. Atmosphere is great, and the massage is incredible, you will be feeling in great shape after it. The vibes are amazing, really nice to chat away during the session. I will definitely be coming back again

Went in to see Kay after pulling my back in the garden. The twinges were stopping me sleeping. One session with him and it feels like a new back. Can't recommend him more highly. Am looking forward to a good night's sleep now

Had a great deep tissue massage. Kay was really good at understanding my concerns and working on any problem areas. He's very personable and professional which makes for a great experience.

Just had the most amazing deep tissue massage - I could feel the knots leaving my back & neck and instantly got relief. Kayode is such an expert at what he does, he talks you through what he’s doing & makes sure you are extremely comfortable throughout. I loved how he also incorporated stretches into the massage. I highly recommend kayode & cannot wait for my next massage.

This is one of the best sports/deep tissue massages I’ve had. Kay takes so much time and care to get to the source of any aches and pains. I always feel so much better and more mobile after the massage. He also remembers to put on my favourite playlist whenever I’m there! Always an above and beyond service

Through a friend, i found out about Muscle alchemy massage and how it would benefit me. I have never been for a massage before, so didn't know what to expect. Kayode the masseur, was very knowledgeable and very reassuring. After a short consultation, the massage was exactly what I needed. I feel like a new person. Amazing, will definitely book again.
