After seeing many Athletes and professional sports people undergoing the cupping treatment I decided to give it a go. I opted for the wet cupping (Hijama) and honestly loved the whole experience, you definitely can feel the benefits. Felt very comfortable and was guided through the process the whole time. The whole experience was relaxing and beneficial. the practitioner is very knowledgeable and gentle, also passionate about his work and it really shows. Services used : wet cupping and 'basic' massage on the back including use of a massage tool. I am feeling lighter and muscles have softend.

Pleasant environment and received a deep yet relaxing back massage. Had a great conversation with him and did not feel pressured into further services or awkward silences. Feel like a new person after that session and will definitely visit again and try out the Hamam massage next time. Also recommended me to some other therapists to try out.

Excellent and friendly male therapist Imtiaz. Very professional and as always provides a warm welcoming service. Would recommend him to friends and family who needs a massage or wet cupping.

Had a fantastic yoga massage by Helen, she was recommended by someone I know and I realised I knew Helen from dancing years ago, I knew she would be good, highly trained and invested in her treatments from how I knew her as a dance teacher and I was right! I've just booked my next one, she found all the right areas to work on around my body and applied the right amount of pressure, thank you for a great treatment x

Helen is absolutely wonderful at sports massage. Helen came recommended and after just two sessions I noticed a huge difference in the flexibility of my shoulders and neck after lifting weights. Had an amazing 2 hr session with Helen today, no length of time is ever long enough! Helen's knowledge is second to non, I don't have to tell her where I hurt, she is experienced enough to know by touch. She spends time working on areas where there's pain and I always leave feeling I've had a good reset. Today was a little different, Helen was using me for some practise work which was good to be a part of. Ayurvedic massage and the different approach to massage really leaves you feeling relaxed. I'd recommend Helen without any hesitation.
