Hi Alex, Thank you for making my first massage a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I drove home like 20mph because I was so relaxed. Whereas I'd normally feel rushed. For anyone who would be interested: Alex is a very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable individual. He was able to help me relax because I was quite shy at the start. The atmosphere of the room was peaceful, with relaxing music. The room and equipment was also very clean. I'm delighted I had come to you for a massage, and would come again. Definitely a 5/5.

Really great first experience with Alex; booked in for the full body and head massage and he quickly found my sorest points which tends to be my neck and traps and worked those. He puts you completely at ease and I’ve booked in for my second session. Fully recommend.

This is my first time there and it was an amazing experience, I felt really well looked after and the massage was outstanding. It really helped to ease the aches I had. I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. I had the best night sleep afterwards too . Thank you Lauren, I will definitely be booking in for another one soon x

I went to Lauren for a Menopause Massage and what a brilliant experience and treatment this is. I cannot believe how well the treatment related to my menopausal symptoms and how relaxed I felt during and after my treatment. I highly recommend anyone going through the menopause to try this out!
