Had a 90 min manual lymphatic drainage. For those that have lymphedema, advise you to give this a go. I have these regularly and have noticed my legs aren't as puffy and tight. I alternate with a full body massage. Great way to get toxins out of your body.

Have a lymphatic system doesn't work as it should. Have found the massages are a great help to get the fluid moving. Legs not tight and tired at the end of the day.

This is the second time I have been to Performance massageRx and Janita is a definite step above others I have seen, and I thought they were good. She takes the time to listen your needs and there is no pressure that she needs to be finished on time. When I pointed out that we were 10 minutes over the allocated time she simply said that she was finishing the massage. Highly recommend and good value.
