Wonderful massage and cupping. I had muscle soreness due to lifting too many boxes of books and Julia definitely soothed this. I also have some chronic pain due to arthritis and am sure the cupping helped with that too.

Had lymphatic drainage massage today from Stacey which I booked due to having surgery, it was fab. I was so surprised by the results after just one session. Can’t wait to see how I feel after the block booking I have.

I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.

1st ever massage for my 13 year old who trains combat sports + had unusual back pain for over a week. Excellent deep tissue massage by Kerrie. The movement in my back and shoulders are so much more free and the bespoke oil blend she made up was just gorgeous, thank you Kerrie.

I Visited Maitri I had a full Swedish Body Massage off Julia. It was very Relaxing and sorted out my shoulder pain out I had from a sports injury. I will most definitely be coming back as a regular in the future. Leslie.
