A very pleasurable and professional experience. Tracey is very knowledgeable and able to offer explanations around her practice and why she is adding additional points.

After cycling 80 miles over the 2 days prior to my appointment, my massage was the most enjoyable experience.

The excellent massage relieved all the knots and tight spots in my glutes, hamstrings quads and hips. Charlotte gave me some good advice on ways to straighten my feet improving my gait whilst also giving me exercises to help improve my calves and help get them engaged during exercise as she said they weren't firing at all really. Will definitely use her again.

I visited Charlotte after experiencing some pain due to my sleeping position, and had a wonderful massage! She was massaging out knots and tension that I never knew I had and while I asked for firm pressure, the experience was still very relaxing and I left feeling much lighter! I will definitely be back!

Amazing sports remedial massage! I come from Manchester to see Charlotte as she is literally the best therapist I have ever been to! She is so intuitive in her massages and genuinely listens to what you want! Perfect pressure!! Somehow she manages to find and sort out all the knots and you feel light at the end of the massage! The BEST! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
