I had the most relaxing time @ Tama Wellness, I would definitely recommend the sauna and full body massage. I added on the hair and scalp treatment and left feeling amazing, one of the best spa treatments I’ve had. Thanks team x

I love the massage room. It cocoons you, very simply. It has a fresh, natural and zen vibe. The dry body brush prior to the massage was heaven too. All in all, just loved it, thanks Jodie.

Jodie is AMAZING! 👏🏼✨ I like a firm but relaxing massage and that's exactly what I got...pretty much floated off that table afterwards! So yourself a favour and go see her.
